Victoria joined MRA in September 2011 as a Senior Consultant in the associate division. She specialises in associate searches for leading UK and US firms in London. Prior to joining MRA, Victoria spent over two years at global recruitment company Hudson. During her time at Hudson she placed lawyers across a variety of practice areas into a variety of domestic and international law firms.
Victoria read Theology at Leeds University and completed the GDL and LPC at BPP. She then spent 2 years working at a top US law firm, before embarking on a career in recruitment.
