Paul is a co-founder and director of Macrae Roxburgh Appleby in London.
Paul's practice includes retained search assignments for major UK and US law firms in London, Asia and the Middle East. Paul has over 10 years' experience in the legal recruitment market and has successfully brokered a number of partner moves, particularly in London and Hong Kong.
Before launching MRA, Paul was a partner at Taylor Root, a leading international recruitment business. He spent 6 years in Hong Kong building and running the firm's Asia practice. Paul returned to London in 2006 where he was charged with the further development and growth of the London partner and associate business.
Paul qualified as a solicitor at Lovell White Durrant. Prior to that he graduated with an LLB from Nottingham University and completed his legal practice course at Nottingham Law School.
